邱羽博士,闽江学者特聘教授

邱羽博士,“闽江学者”特聘教授。2000年于福州大学化学系获理学学士学位,2005年于中科院上海硅酸盐研究所获工学博士学位。2005-2007年任德国马普金属研究所“洪堡学者”独立研究员、2008-2012年任比利时欧洲微电子中心(imec)高级研究员、2012-2013年任中科院上海微系统与信息技术研究所研究员、课题组长,2013年12月加入福建江夏学院。已发表论文50余篇,其中SCI论文25篇,EI论文6篇,授权发明专利1项,申请发明专利3项。作为核心成员参与多个欧盟重大太阳能项目,主持2项比利时双边合作项目,主持、参与了中科院常识创新工程重要方向子项目、国家863重大项目、人社部择优重点、上海市科委等项目。获得上海市自然科学二等奖、中科院刘永龄特别奖,德国“洪堡学者”、上海市“浦江人才”、福建省“闽江学者”、上海市嘉定区“青年领军人才”等称号。目前是澳洲UNSW光伏学院博士论文审稿委员、美国化学会ACS会员、加拿大Journal of Materials Science Research编委。
